I was born into a world of automotive craftsmanship. I loved it. I was a raw artistic talent. The combination fired my imagination. That became the lense, through which I would see everything. I learned how to use imagination before learning the meaning of the word.
My first connection with the Coca-Cola system was painting the famous script on trucks. I was 15. Eight years later I became part of the team. A few years later named division GM for the group overseeing operations in Kentucky and Indiana. I soon learned the same creative process was just as necessary inside the business environment. I would lead that organization through a period of massive change, a series of acquisitions and growth where working with and empowering people became part of a daily routine. After serving that capacity for more than twenty years I formed a consultancy focusing directly inside that industry.
Setting my sights on putting a little ding in the universe required reshaping myself, some trial and lots of patience. I worked projects, expanded my network and learned from some really amazing people. Soon after, the economic crisis and a health diagnosis would radically alter my plans and teach me things I didn't think I needed to know. I have experienced success in life tempered by important challenges along the way.
I am creative by nature, practical by training, focused on strengths.
