CLUTTER

Some of the sharpest business people I know, when asked, what is the most important thing that you attribute to your success? Their answer? Saying "No".

Without all the details, they are driven by vision and a relentless passion to fulfill that vision. They're constantly sifting through clutter, discarding most of what they see, saying "no" to what they consider obstacles. They're looking for ideas and people to help them get there. By trial and error, they position themselves to act decisively and to focus intently on the few "yes" things that matter. They're not fearless, but they win because they're always prepared to take action!

So say "no" often, but don't overlook saying "yes" to the things that matter!
