TRUST is a GOOD TEACHER

This quote was a strong reminder of what my father taught me years ago.

He fixed cars. I was the oldest boy of 8 children and loved being in the garage with him as far back as I can remember. He routinely gave me little tasks that would keep me busy for a good while. I'm sure this was to keep me out of his way so he could get some work done. But it made me feel important and taught me some great lessons with very few words. This principal is just as applicable to anyone else in any kind of leadership role today.

Here's the quote, "Few things help an individual more than to place responsibility upon him, & to let him know you trust him. -Booker T Washington"
