Great leaders are great teachers. But you better be paying attention because the lessons will be quick. One more thing, you won't need notes!

TRUST is a GOOD TEACHER
This quote was a strong reminder of what my father taught me years ago.
He fixed cars. I was the oldest boy of 8 children and loved being in the garage with him as far back as I can remember. He routinely gave me little tasks that would keep me busy for a good while. I'm sure this was to keep me out of his way so he could get some work done. But it made me feel important and taught me some great lessons with very few words. This principal is just as applicable to anyone else in any kind of leadership role today.

YOUR SWING?
Tiger Woods former golf coach Butch Harmon, said in a recent interview with Charley Rose, "I don't change my clients golf swing, I work with them to make THEIR swing better". Is this applicable to other parts of life? Absolutely, maybe all!
Butch Harmon makes people better at what they're already good at.
That's a leader!
That's a leader!
