TRUST

Fortunately, there are only a few people with good ability and a level of charisma that want to be seen as leaders so desparately, they will do almost anything to make it happen. Their energy, drive and desire alone, will take them most of the way successfully.  But, over the long term, character will prove its way. If there is a crack, left unchecked, it will grow larger and fan out into different directions. It's a self serving cancer, disguised as something good. Its temporary hold on people will have a short shelflife with few exceptions.  That leader will ultimately violate his trust!
